This ring is gorgeous. Just what we were hoping for!
I wanted to find just the right gift for my daughter and was very excited about this ring. Upon receiving it the words were not at dark as pictured which was disappointing. Then after giving the ring to my daughter she wore it a few hours an it turned her finger green. I bought this thinking that the sterling silver that would not happen but soon researched that it can. I love the stamens that the ring makes but was sad by the other things I commented on.
First the good: Our daughter loved the ring that she received at Christmas. The bad: I placed my order on 12/10/19 with your stated "delivery" timeline of 5-7 days. My order was sat on (as in nothing done) until it shipped on 12/18/19. We visited family out of state and left on 12/20. This was advertised to arrive between the 15th and 17th of December - before we left. I had it shipped to my office so my daughter would not see it. Had it not been for the herculean effort of a friend to pick it up on Saturday 12/21, this would not have been received in time for Christmas. Advertise what you REALLY do. If you sit on orders for 8 days, then just be honest and say so. You may lose customers, but at least people will know what to expect. I would have chosen a competitor of yours with a shorter timeline had you been upfront. While it is unfair to all retailers, the golden-standard for shipping is Amazon. Not even non-Prime takes as long to actually ship out. I am a one-and-done customer, here.
<p>I purchased these for my daughters and not even 2 hours later my daughters finger was turning green. So disappointed. 🙁</p><p><em>Response: This is normal for some sterling silver rings, and can be solved by cleaning the ring daily with a polishing cloth.</em><br></p>
