The picture is not what the ring looks like. The pic shows as a "flat" or 'matte' type finish. In actuality, the ring has a shiny finish. Also, this ring is "flat" in its design internally, which means it doesn't fit as comfy; and, because of this design, it is best to go a 1/2 size larger for proper sizing (i.e. if you were a 9, go with a 9 1/2). Because of my dislike for this ring, I have ordered a different one.
