Love it but stones didn't last well

The ring itself is beautiful, and I love the verse and the meaning behind it. The black in the lettering tends to wear off after time, which I didn't mind because now it just looks engraved. The major issue was that the clear substance which the stones are sealed with yellows significantly over time, and after several months mine was very discolored and the seal started coming up slightly so I took all the stones out. I still wear it and love it despite the empty slot where the stones were, but it wasn't ideal.

I purchased this ring for my 16 year old granddaughter and she loved it. It is as beautiful in person as it is in the pic. Great ring for the money.
